Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 639ph. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 639ph uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 639ph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 639ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must ensure that all information held on your 639ph account is accurate and up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and payment method details. Inaccurate account information may delay withdrawal processing and may trigger additional verification requirements.
All 639ph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion or game variant.
639ph currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 639ph account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. 639ph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
639ph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. 639ph is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
All games on the 639ph platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine game outcomes. The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure that all outcomes are random, unbiased, and not subject to manipulation by 639ph or any third party. Game results on 639ph are final once confirmed by the system.
Each game available on 639ph is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account management, payments, and conduct.
In the event of a disconnection during a game round, 639ph's system will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Upon reconnection, the game will resume from the recorded state where technically possible. 639ph is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.
In the event of a technical error or malfunction that affects game outcomes, 639ph reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund wagers to the players involved. 639ph's decision in such matters is final.
Each game on 639ph has defined minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface before each round. 639ph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable bet limits before placing wagers.
639ph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
Bonus funds credited to your 639ph account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 639ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 639ph platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
639ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the 639ph platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 639ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
639ph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 639ph will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
639ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 639ph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

639ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity. Upon termination for cause, 639ph may forfeit any remaining account balance in accordance with applicable law.
You may close your 639ph account at any time by contacting 639ph support. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the 639ph platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 639ph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
